Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Shipping Policy 

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. 
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. 

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days 
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout) 

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or international destinations at this time. 

2. Returns & Refunds 

Due to the sensitive nature of peptide and research compounds, all sales are final once the product has been shipped. 

We do, however, guarantee quality and satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@prosperlifepeptides.com with your order number and photos of the issue. 
Our team will review your case promptly and issue a replacement or refund as applicable. 

3. Order Cancellation 

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. Once processed for shipping, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
